Warranty Policy (For Customers)

Thank you for choosing our products and services. We operate in the Philippines, offering a full range of products. To protect your legal rights and provide reliable after-sales support, we have established the following warranty policy. Please read it carefully.

1. Scope and Duration of Warranty

The warranty applies to all genuine products purchased through our official channels. The warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date you receive the product. The warranty covers non-human-caused quality issues, including manufacturing defects, material failures, and performance damage under normal use. Damage caused by human error, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized disassembly or modification, or force majeure events (such as floods, fires, earthquakes) is not covered.

2. Warranty Process

To request warranty service, please contact our customer service within the warranty period with your proof of purchase (such as order number or payment record), the product, and any related accessories. Explain the issue and submit your warranty request via email or phone.

Customer service will review your request within 1-2 business days to confirm whether it meets the warranty conditions. If approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement, along with relevant precautions. If not approved, we will explain the reason and suggest possible solutions.

After approval, you may send the product to the designated repair address, which will be provided by customer service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive the product, we will complete inspection and repair within 3-5 business days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model if available. If the product is out of stock, we will negotiate with you to replace it with an equivalent product or issue a refund, based on mutual agreement.

The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product will either continue with the remaining original warranty time or be extended by 3 months, depending on the specific after-sales policy.

3. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the free warranty. Paid repair services may be provided at your expense:

Damage occurring after the 1-year warranty period.
Damage caused by human error, accidental impacts, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, or private repairs.
Lack of valid proof of purchase, making it impossible to verify the product as a genuine item purchased from our official channels.
Damage caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or accidents.
Normal wear and aging of external parts or consumables, such as batteries or packaging accessories.
